Voki or Voicethread Ideas

I would like to use Voki for those long and "dreadful" research projects/presentations. I know some students can feel the dullness in working on these projects, but I think Voki would be fun and creative for them. It encourages them to be more interactive with their projects.

I think using Voicethread when students are peer reviewing other classmates work would be awesome. It gives them the opportunity to comment and speak on things they feel can be improved in a classmate's school work.

QR Code Ideas

I love the idea of QR codes when it comes to saving time and that is exactly what I would use it for. It also creates many short cuts and get s to student to the designated website. Both these reasons seem legitimate to me as to why I would use these in a classroom. HOW I would use it? To be earthly and save some trees! With QR codes by replacing things that may need to be printed out, etc. I love the idea of becoming "earth friendly" with them!

Animoto Ideas

I loved this site and saw it to be really fun! 3 ways I would use it in my classroom:

1. I would have the students create projects using Animoto so they could use they're imaginative sides! That being said, I would have them learn how to narrate a story, create a story board, etc.

2. I also think Animoto would come in handy when I am waning a certain subject to really persuade them and it is my personal experience that majority of students do like visual presentations to get them hooked!

3. I think to really get the kids "techie" and involved with animo to, have them actually film their videos, upload them to animo to, and see their creativity blossom!
